*2026 Vendor guidelines:

• Non-profits, bake sales, leaflet-ers / information tables pay the regular vendor fee at the discretion of the management committee ($20/day or partial/full season).
• Elementary school-aged kids selling something they’ve made or selling something for school fundraisers pay no fee (unless they are selling commercial products).
• Middle-high school students pay 10% of the day’s proceeds, up to $20 per day.
• Any kids’ booth that is really being run by adults or selling products largely made by adults pay the regular vendor fee.
• First-time vendors who would like to return can apply their first $20 fee toward a half- or full-season fee.

  • Barbara Goodchild of Barberic Farm — Barberic Farm -owned and operated by Barbara, and formerly Eric, Goodchild is located in Shelburne, MA. They raise registered Romney sheep for meat and wool, and grow a large, pesticide-free garden. Produce from their farm and other local farms are processed by them to make a variety of Specialty Foods. These include frozen – ready to bake pies, pickles, jams, and fruit sauces. Other crops include fresh eggs, popcorn for popping, sheepskins, wool fleets, and woolen wearables.   • Birch Rock Farm— 2026 is Birch Rock Farm’s first year in production. Head farmer Jared Kimler has been growing organic vegetables for over ten years and is excited to finally start his own farm in Buckland. We will be primarily setting up the farm this year with limited production of greens, tomatoes, carrots, herbs and other veggies. Stay tuned for many fruitful years to come!

  • Patricia Williams & Susan Worgaftik of EarthCraft Botanicals / Thistle Hill Soap — This will be our 4th year at the Market. 
    • Patti Williams is a community herbalist who has been practicing in Western Mass since 2014. She learned her craft by attending 2 levels of apprenticeship at the Boston School of Herbal Studies.  She offers balms to ease allergy affected sinuses, soothe the pains and strains from gardening, and heal insect bites. Tinctures to ward off summer colds and to aid in getting a good night’s sleep. Calming teas and bath salts.
    • Susan Worgaftic learned soap making by attending classes in Adult Education in Boston. She has been producing hand crafted soap for 30 years. She has new seasonal aromatics featuring several lavender blends, citrus combinations, wild forest cedar essences, and a special gardener’s hand soap with oatmeal for a gentle scrub after a day with your plants.

  • New to Me Creations — Sharon and Kate both live in Shelburne Falls and have become crafting partners and friends in the past year and a half. They both have a passion for repurposing vintage items to create unique crafts that combine the old and the new. Some of their works include crafts made out of vintage salt and pepper shakers, picture frames, game pieces, buttons, and more. Kate is an avid needle-felter.   • The Western MA Master Gardener AssociationPlants grow best when soil pH is optimum! The Master Gardeners will be offering free soil testing for pH and gardening advice once a month here at the Farmers’ Market thru September. (26 May, 16 June, 21 July, 18 August & 15 September) Bring 1/2 – 1 cup of soil from 8-12 spots 6-8” deep taken randomly around the garden and mixed together. Take separate samples for different growing areas.

* Here at the Shelburne Falls Farmers’ Market, we ask all vendors and customers to follow current federal, state and local COVID-related guidelines regarding masks, social distancing, etc. Individual vendors will continue to have hand sanitizer available, and some vendors may require masks at their individual booths. The Market will continue to be guided by all CDC, Mass DPH, and local requirements and recommendations.
